Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner as the petitioner has already been taken into judicial custody in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 725/2020, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran.
