The admitted position after completion of pleadings is that benefits have been granted to the petitioner under the 1st Assured Career Progression as well as the second Assured Career Progression. The consequential revision has also been paid to the petitioner.

The dispute, however, is that the petitioner claims grant of benefit from a date prior to the date from which has

It is submitted that the actual entitlement is also higher than what has been granted, and for this the petitioner would be approaching the Executive Engineer, Sone Canal Division, Buxar, Bihar (Respondent no6). In the event, an application is filed by the petitioner in respect of the claims within three (03) weeks, the Respondent No.6 would be obliged to consider the same and dispose it off by a reasoned and speaking order within eight (08) weeks thereafter. The amount(s) found due and admissible should also be paid within a month thereafter.

This disposes of the writ application.
