Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three girls of three families fled away from their houses. Later on, informant came to know that petitioners and others were instrumental in that occurrence. One of the girls Asha Kumari gave her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she disclosed that she had love affairs with one Pramod Kumar and has already married with him. The case diary would reveal that the statement of the other victim girls is not there in the case diary. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11384 of 2017 (3) dt.24-04-2017 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/Successor Court, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.443 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
