The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner got job of Constable by producing fake credentials.

Submission is that petitioner has already been removed from the job and the F.I.R. has been lodged without verification of the fact that credentials were genuine or not. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12436 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Araria Police Station Case No.708 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
