This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rafiganj P.S. Case No.771 of 2024 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 6000 litres of soaked mahua and 30 litres of country made liquor have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the huge recovery of liquor from the house of the petitioner, I do not find that it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10265 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 seeks regular bail. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail, the Court below shall consider the same on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
