The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by the knife and also snatched Rs.5000/- , mobile phone and chain.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9264 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 On perusal of the record, there is specific allegation against the petitioners and the doctor has found the injury is grievous in nature.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019 from the Court of learned 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
