2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"i). Issuance of a direction/order or proper writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to restrain respondents not to disturb the petitioner from peaceful residing over the land pertaining to Thana No. 141, Khata No.- 29 (Old), New 446,31 Khesra New 1272, 886 384(Old), 289(Old) total measuring

Patna High Court CWJC No.16184 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 an area of 06 deci-mals respectively.

(ii) Issuance of a direction/order or writ including writ in the nature of a writ of certiorari to quash the notice dated 11.06.2016 and 08.08.2016 issued by Circle Officer, Singhia, Samastipur calling upon the petitioner to vacate the abovesadi land and be informed in office by 23.08.2016 by setting aside Besgit Parcha contrary to order passed by Circle Officer, Singhia in Basgit Case No. 05/2012-13 by which no where under the said land was allotted in the name of Mst. Malti Devi mother of petitioner being privilege person having landless.

(iii) Issuance of direction/orders or writ including writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 06.02.2016 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Samastipur in Basgit Purcha Case No. 2/2014 by which and whereunder learned. D.C.L.R., set aside the order passed in Basgit Case No.-5/2012-13 issued by Circle Officer, Singhia allotting land in question in the name of petitioner. (iv). Issuance of a direction/directions

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments, submits that it will suffice if the Collector, Samastipur takes note of the fact and after hearing the parties, passes an order.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the sole petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Samastipur who shall be noticing all the relevant parties and shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
