Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for opposite party no. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 446 of 2019 for offences under Sections 323, 341, 494/34 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was settlement between the husband and wife and pursuant to that settlement, ornaments and money etc. have been returned to

Considering the aforesaid fact, let petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with C.R. No. 446 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
