Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.12 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The alleged recovery of liquor has been made from the chawar i.e. open place. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
