ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370/374 of the I.P.C. and Section 23 of the J.J. Act. and Section 14 of the Child Labour Prevention and Regulation Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an allegation against him that he has taken small boys to Assam for making them work on the assurance of money which was to be paid to their respective fathers. It has been further submitted that the four children were recovered from a Tea shop at Guwahati and handed over to the District Children Welfare Committee, Muzaffarpur. It has also been submitted that the parents of the children as well as the children themselves have not made any complaint against the

Considering the fact that now the children have been recovered and that the petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Spl. Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 10/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
