The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case no. 279 of 2018, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant and other Police personnel raided several houses in village Bhaur and Phulwaria and seized stolen motorcycles. It is alleged that, at the time of raid, one motorcycle was recovered from the front of the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the alleged seized motorcycle was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, rather, the same has been recovered from the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
