The petitioner seeks bail in Parbatta P.S. Case No. 61/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. 14 litres of Indian made foreign liquor kept in 18 bottles of Royal stag containing 375 ml each and 20 bottles of Blue Imperium containing 375 ml each was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 17.02.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
