Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Six litres of Nepali liquor was, allegedly, recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 20.11.2016 and they have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional
