The petitioner is accused in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and in course of investigation, one Md. Shamim @ Rinki, son of Md. Aklim was apprehended, who disclosed the name of this petitioner showing his involvement in the present case, except that there is nothing on the record against the petitioner. Further submission is that there is no tangible material on the record to show the petitioner is involved in this crime, while the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1646 of 2016 (3) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 is accused in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in connection with Daudnagar P.S.
