Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that two motorcycles were recovered from the door of petitioner no. 1 Bambam Yadav @ Bambam Kumar, which were suspected to be stolen one. It transpired during investigation that petitioners were using the stolen motorcycles.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. The motorcycles were parked in front of the house of petitioner no. 1. Statement has been made in para-3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3588 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri S.Kr-II, J.M., Ist Class, Araria.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
