The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gobindganj P.S. Case No. 296 of 2018 for the offence under Section 25 (1-b)a/26 /35 Arms Act and Section 414, 120(B) I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol and 14 live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant

Let, the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 296 of 2018.
