Patna High Court CWJC No.3318 of 2023(3) dt.29-08-2023 2/3 the petitioners. The Union of India is represented by Mr. Kumar Sachin, learned CGC.
2. The petitioners, who have been working in the different capacities with the private respondents' local offices as clerk and agents were engaged in collecting money from the public on behalf of private respondents and moreover they have also invested money but did not get any maturity amount and, thus, on being duped by the respondents no.4 to 8, moved before this Court seeking a direction upon respondent no.2 to cancel the registration of respondent no.4, who has sneaked away the public money by closing several offices from the State of Bihar.
3. The learned counsel for the Union of India, primarily, raises preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition.
4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for ventilating their grievance, the petitioners have also made representation dated 27.11.2022 before the respondent no.2, as contained in Annexure-7 to the writ petition, but till date the same has not been taken to its logical conclusion.
5. Considering the nature of the grievance, the present writ application stands disposed of with an observation that if
