JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2009 for offences punishable under Sections 143 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He further submits that his name has come during the course of investigation in the light of the statement made by the co-accused and that the petitioner is a teacher in the government school and has no criminal antecedent. No.5050 of 2016 (3) dt.29-03-2016 considering the submissions advanced, let the petitioner Surendra Das @ Surender Dass in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, Vth, Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2009 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
