2. From perusal of the earlier order dated 18.04.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the instant bail petition as against the petitioner no.1, namely, Manoj Kumar @ Manoj Yadav rejected and, hence, the present order is confined only to the petitioner nos. 2 to 4.
3. The petitioner nos. 2 to 4 apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 257 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2),
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12588 of 2025(3) dt.15-07-2025 2/3 118(1), 109(1), 329(4), 331(8), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
4. As per the prosecution story, the allegation against the accused persons including the petitioners is of assaulting the Informant and his family members by means of rod. It is also alleged that they also took away Rs. 60,000/- as also the gold ornaments.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged against them and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to matrimonial discord between the informant and sister of the petitioner no.1. He further submits that the sister of the petitioner no.1 has also filed a complaint case no. 1318 of 2024 against the Informant and injured persons of the present case. He further submits that though the injury is grievous in nature but, there is no allegation of repeated below upon the petitioners and the petitioners have been made victim of circumstance. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph no.3 of the present anticipatory bail application.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the co-accused Liladhar Yadav has been granted regular bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12588 of 2025(3) dt.15-07-2025 3/3 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74189 of 2024.
7. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, stating that the offence alleged is serious in nature.
8. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 2 to 4, let the petitioner nos. 2 to 4, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 257 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S.
