2. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 20(b)/22/23/34 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 3 Kg. of Charas. As a matter of fact, no recovery has been made from her conscious possession. Charge sheet has already been submitted in the case and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
