Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner was suspected in the present case on the basis of his criminal antecedent and, thereafter, he was arrested and confessed his guilt before the police. Petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with
