2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to pay the arrears of salary due to revision of scale of the petitioner."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has also filed a representation before the respondent no. 5 for the relief claimed in the present writ application, which is still pending. He prays that a direction may be given to the respondent no. 5 to dispose off the same.

4. Learned counsel for the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University is agreeable to such suggestion.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to pass final order on the representation filed by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. It goes without saying that if in terms of the order passed by the respondent no. 5, any payment is to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to her within the next four weeks.
