The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Renu Devi alleged that her husband went towards Bharadih market on call of Bigan Choudhary but he did not return. Rajesh Sah informed that her husband was shot dead. The informant suspected that the petitioner and other accused persons killed her husband on account of land dispute. It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Some of the accused persons namely Rajesh Sah, Baban Sah and Staendra Sah have already been enlarged on regular bail. Pintu Sah @ Gopal Sah has been granted anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24643 of 2015 (4) dt.22-12-2015 2/2 bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9499 of 2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

The learned APP did not dispute the facts.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Kochas P.S. Case No. 150 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
