2. The counter affidavit indicates that one Taracharan Prasad @ Lal Mahto had wrongly transferred

Patna High Court CWJC No.3416 of 2025 dt.04-07-2025 2/2 Government land to Sardar Patel High School. The records reveal that the land in question is recorded as Anabad Bihar Sarkar (Gair Majarua Aam land belonging to the State of Bihar).

3. Considering this aspect of the matter, we do not find the contention of the petitioner to be sustainable.

4. There is no merit in this petition.

5. The writ petition is dismissed.
