The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 353, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that while he was disposing government work on 14.12.2019 in the Office at his residential quarters then the accused persons came and started threatening him, having used unparliamentary language and scrambled and abused the informant on retaliation and snatched his gold chain and tore the official papers and obstructed in contract related work and also threatened to kill the Informant and other staffs.

He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity. He also submits that petitioner and informant are posted in the same department and also the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, the court below shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Supaul in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Vikash/- U T
