The petitioner seeks bail in Pasraha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner came at the Darwaja of informant, started abusing and also fired which does not hit anyone. On hulla, petitioner tried to flee, but was caught with the help of villagers and from his possession one country made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. None has sustained injury. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2021.
