The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of Indian Penal Code. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the allegation of abduction of the minor daughter is directed against the accused but a reading of the statement made by the victim herself present at Annexure-2 would show that not only the daughter of the informant is a major but she has also got married to the accused Chhote Lal Yadav on her own volition and thus is happily married.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5001 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances existing in the backdrop of the materials on record, let the petitioners namely, (1) Shiv Kumar Yadav (2) Raj Kumar Yadav, (3) Butan Bharti (4) Vivek Yadav

(5) Ram Babu Yadav and (6) Rajo Yadav in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing individual bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
