The petitioner is accused in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016 registered under sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR and in course of investigation the police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his involvement in present case.
It is further submitted that in fact the petitioner is accused in 12 cases as detailed in paragraph 3 of the petition due to that reason the police managed to implicate the petitioner in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16584 of 2017 (3) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 present case and he is in custody since 30.11.2016. Having regard to the facts an the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Ravi/- U T
