2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fenhara P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 119(1), 329(4), 303(2), 76, 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The allegation is of assault of the victim family by the accused persons causing injuries. The petitioner is agnates and co-villager of the informant.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have settled their dispute and a compromise petition has been filed by them. The petitioner is in jail since 13.11.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran /concerned Court in connection with Fenhara P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024.
7. Before accepting the bail bonds, the veracity of the compromise petition shall be inquired by the Court below from the informant. If the parties have settled their dispute, the bail bonds shall be accepted and if the parties do not support the compromise petition, the bail bonds shall not be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P.
