JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has pointed out that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.4.2018, passed in CWJC No. 11494 of 2017, a sum of Rs. 7,04,619/- has already been paid to the petitioner on the head of admitted dues.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that approximately a sum of Rs. 90,000/- is still remaining to be paid, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to

Patna High Court MJC No.3193 of 2018(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of her subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
