The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017, registered under Sections 302/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of informant, Sulochana Devi is that she along with her husband, Arvind Yadav, went to Chakardaha Haat, where Suraj Yadav and Ranjeet Yadav caused injury through firearm. The Informant further raised suspicion against Chano Devi and Neera Devi (petitioner), mother and sister of Suraj Yadav, having hand in the murder of her husband. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17591 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion as petitioner is the sister of co-accused, Suraj Yadav. It is further submitted that petitioner being lady is in custody since 18.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
