The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 353, 117, 160, 186, 291, 332, 337, 383 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that one tractor crushed a person, when mob made protest and blocked N.H.-98. When the police reached, they made an attempt to kill the police personnel.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general against mob. There are 20 named in the First Information Report, whereas 70-80 are unknown. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3313 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 Ramjanam Singh and Arvind Yadav have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24671 of 2014 and 26093 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 343 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
