Petitioners are in custody since 11.02.2017 in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners have been made accused on the basis of suspicion when on the day of occurrence they were returning to their village after attending the marriage ceremony. The articles which have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners belong to themselves only, which is evident from Annexure-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12300 of 2017 (2) dt.30-03-2017 2 series to this petition. These petitioner are rotting in custody for the last one and half months.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIth, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017.
