Learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that an order of blacklisting in terms of letter No. 241 dated 28.08.2015 has been passed by the Engineer-inChief-cum-Additional Commissioner-cum-Special Secretary, Road Construction Department, Bihar, Patna against the petitioner during the pendency of the present writ petition.

3. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Satish Kumar Sinha seeks permission to

Patna High Court CWJC No.4997 of 2014 (2) dt.11-01-2016 withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid blacklisting order dated 28.08.2015.
