2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 326, 307, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to fired upon the victim-informant for committing loot.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2024 in a case registered in the year 2018 and he is having eight criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
