2. The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent authority to prepare and publish a fresh Mapping Register of ward no. 13 under Gram Panchayat Raj-Sajhuar, Block-Benipur, and District-Darbhanga for

Patna High Court CWJC No.16653 of 2018(2) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 selection of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika and further to keep the appointment in abeyance.

3. Counsel for the State submits that grievance of the petitioner has been settled in the light of the statement made in Paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit in which it has been specifically mentioned that the petitioner's grievance has been resolved by the respondent authority and petitioner is fully satisfied with the report and as his consent, she has signed on the survey report.

4. Upon perusal of the records, it transpires to this Court that objection was made on the mapping register and subsequently, mapping register was made by the respondents in presence of petitioner and as per the pleadings made in Paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved and that petitioner has signed on the said survey report, and hence, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
