JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners are accused in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016, registered under Sections 302/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and others have falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion due to land dispute. Moreover, in the postmortem report, no any external injury was found on the person of the deceased. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 21.12.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.8191 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Kasba P.S.
