2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No. 1028/2023/S.T.No.116 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, on asking of the petitioner, coaccused Vishnu Yadav inflicted a knife blow on the person of the injured.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegation is false and fabricated. Co-accused Vishnu Yadav has been granted bail by this Court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11028 of 2026(2) dt.16-02-2026 2/2 Cr.Misc.No. 87797 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2023.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No. 1028/2023/S.T.No.116 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
