The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18840 of 2015.
The learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for extending the period of surrender of the petitioner. Prayer is allowed. The period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for four weeks and the conditions of the order dated 17.06.2015 will remain the same in connection with C.R. No. 794 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur.
