The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,324,323,308 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury with sickle to the informant and taking out rupees four and fifty paise from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation, no case under section 308 IPC is made out. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for
