This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.196 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2), 87, 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the daughter of the informant.

From the records, it appears that the petitioner and the daughter of the informant were in a relationship.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 8th, East Champaran, Motihari / concerned Court below, in connection with Pakaridayal P.S.
