Learned counsel for the GAIL submits that the payment has been made to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute is with regard to the nature of land. He is treating the land to be commercial but the payment has been made treating the land as agricultural.

Learned counsel of GAIL has submitted that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of compensation then he has remedy to appeal before the District Judge under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6431 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 In view of the above, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if the petitioner has any grievance, he may move to the District Judge, Aurangabad under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.

The matter shall be heard by District Judge Aurangabad himself and shall not be transferred to any Additional District and Sessions Judge.

If any appeal is made then the same shall be decided within three months from the date of its filing. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
