The petitioner being the husband apprehends his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No 301/2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 328, 313, 314, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (2) (V) SC/ST ( Prevention of Atrocities ) Act. Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Considering all aspects of the matter and on perusal of the case diary it appears that the victim was aborted by the petitioner and after that she was administered poison as such, I am
