ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays and is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners were living separately from the deceased and her husband. He further submits that the husband of the deceased has

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that it has come in the case diary that the deceased and her husband were residing separately from the present petitioners. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the husband of the deceased is in custody, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 560 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
