The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No.205 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is an active participant in killing of the deceased, who was brutally assaulted by the mob. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
