This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of dacoity is against unknown criminals. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Badal Paswan. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that neither the petitioner has been put on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11388 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 503 of 2015 corresponding to Gr. No. 3594 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
