The petitioner seeks bail in Sabour (Goradiha) P.S. Case No. 202/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the 47th Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. 29 bottles each containing 375 ml. and 01 bottle of 180 ml. was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and coaccused Dinesh Kumar while they were traveling in a scooty. For recovery of about 12 litres of liquor the petitioner is in jail since 15.12.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19148 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour (Goradiha) P.S. Case No. 202/2016.
