JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 It is reported that the vehicle in question has already been auction sold. Petitioner wants to challenge the procedure adopted by the respondent authorities in the matter of the auction sale of the vehicle in question.

In order to maintain the writ application, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be required to place some more materials with appropriate relief to be prayed and even auction purchaser will be required to be made a party respondent. It is submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file a properly constituted writ for the reliefs as may be advised to the petitioner.
