The accusation against the petitioner is that he got his selection on the post of constable by playing fraud but in course of investigation the same was detected.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation one co-accused, Ravi Ranjan Kumar, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court whereas the petitioner is in jail custody since 01.10.2015.
