Petitioner being the husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of killing the niece of the informant after nine months of the occurrence for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim was ill and she was provided medical assistant and maternal aunt of the victim has not supported the prosecution case.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4388 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Marhowrrah P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
